- What you add to BrindleBrandle stays on your phone.
- We don't sell your information, show you ads or track you across apps.
- If we ever add features that send data off your phone, we'll update this page and ask you first.
Who we are
BrindleBrandle is a personal to-do and reminder app currently in early testing. In this policy, "we" means the BrindleBrandle team, and "you" means anyone using the app or this website.
What the app stores
The things you add (tasks, notes, events), the settings you choose (like your work hours and check-in frequency), and small details the app needs to work (like when you last reviewed your list).
All of this is stored only on your device. Right now, BrindleBrandle has no accounts, no cloud backup and no analytics, so none of it is sent to us. If you delete the app, this information is deleted with it.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your information.
- We don't show ads or share your information with advertisers.
- We don't track you across other apps or websites.
Testing builds
During early testing, the app may run inside tools made by other companies, like Expo Go or Apple's TestFlight. Those tools have their own privacy policies, which cover any information they collect.
Features we may add later
We're planning optional features such as AI help to sort what you add, a backup so your list follows you to a new phone, calendar connections and location-based reminders. Some of these would send information off your device.
Before any of them ship, we will update this policy to explain exactly what is sent, where it goes and why. The app will ask for your permission before using your calendar or location, and you'll be able to turn those features off.
This website
This website has no cookies, ads or analytics. It is hosted by GitHub Pages and uses fonts from Google Fonts. Like most web services, those companies may receive basic technical information such as your IP address when the page loads. Their own privacy policies apply.
If you email us, we use your message and email address only to reply to you.
Children
BrindleBrandle is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we'll also let you know in the app.
